Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions Manage complex multi service solutions proposals Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers Establish and build credibility Develop and sustain customer relationships Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.

3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or industrial sales, commercial HVAC service contractor experience, technical sales, sales engineering, or account management experience in HVAC, building systems, mechanical services, controls, or energy services. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements, where applicable.
