Specialist HVAC Warranty Administrator

Job Responsibilities

Reviews and processes warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Verifies repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation Submits warranty claims within required timeframes Monitors claim status and follows up on outstanding or rejected claims Communicates with service advisors and technicians to clarify repair details when needed Maintains records of all warranty transactions and supporting documentation Reconciles warranty receivables and assists with month-end reporting Stays current with manufacturer warranty policies and updates Assists in resolving discrepancies related to warranty payments Supports overall service department administrative functions as needed Requirements This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education
