Job Summary

November 4, 2026 Position: Substitute Clerical Assistant / Secretary III Hours: Varies, depending on site Salary: Clerical Asst. $17.92/hr Secretary lll $21.29/hr Qualifications: Three years of responsible clerical/secretarial work or any combination of training, education and/or experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and ability.

Must pass Secretary / Clerical Test with 70% Ability to type 55 wpm Ability to pass fingerprint clearance with DOJ. Valid California Driver License. Current CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred.
