We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Receivable Lead to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. Your expertise will help support our company's growth by optimizing cash flow and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and overseeing remote team. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payments. Utilize accounting software to record transactions accurately. Coordinate with brokerage on any load discrepancies for billing. Prepare detailed reports on receivables status and assist with month-end closing procedures. Strong knowledge of excel. Proficiency in accounting software Self starter People management Experience with accounts receivable management, credit analysis, and accounts receivable management. Excellent professional phone etiquette for client communication. Managing customer/vendor portals for invoicing submission. Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10-key typing and analyze financial data effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in account reconciliation and analysis tasks.
