Job Description The Engineering & Construction group is responsible for the execution of all capital projects related to water production, wastewater treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection and stormwater conveyance. GC Water Resources’ total 6-year Capital Improvement Program exceeds $1 billion for both vertical (facility) and linear construction projects.
