Manufacturing Associate Fairfield, Ohio | First and Second Shift Opportunities Since 1968, G&W Products has been a leader in metal manufacturing and fabrication. With three facilities in Fairfield, Ohio, we specialize in laser cutting, stamping, forming, welding, and assembly for industries including construction, transportation, energy, and defense.

Schedule and Shift Premium First shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Second shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Second-shift employees receive an additional $5 per hour.

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll get hands-on experience in different areas of our manufacturing operation. Rather than being limited to one department, you'll have the opportunity to support teams throughout the facility, including Laser Cutting, Press Brake, Stamping, and Assembly.

Your day-to-day work may include examining and sorting parts, grinding and finishing metal, assisting with laser cutting and press brake operations, assembling and preparing materials for the next step in production. No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We're looking for dependable people who want to work hard, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities
