Office Receptionist

At Smitty's Tree Service Inc., we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Answer calls from customers to: type up estimates, answer questions regarding current jobs, re-direct calls to estimators Call customers to encourage them to write google reviews Call customers to follow up on their estimates Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Perform the weekly cleaning tasks Requirements: Experience in a receptionist or customer service role Excellent typing and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Salary for this position ranges from $16.

00 to $18.00 per hour.
