About the Role
As an RWE Consultant, you will leverage Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) to support pharmaceutical clients in answering critical clinical, commercial, and market access questions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-generation projects, perform advanced analytics using patient-level data, and communicate actionable insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze Real-World Data (RWD) to generate meaningful Real-World Evidence (RWE) for pharmaceutical clients. Partner with clients and internal teams to understand evidence-generation needs and recommend appropriate analytical approaches. Conduct patient-level data analyses to support: Real-world evidence generation Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Budget impact modeling Evidence planning Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
Develop expertise across therapeutic areas, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare data sources. Contribute to the growth of internal capabilities in RWD, RWE, and health economics. Support proposal development and project delivery for evidence-generation engagements.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent in a quantitative or healthcare-related discipline, such as: Data Science Statistics Applied Mathematics Epidemiology Economics Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Public Health Experience Professional experience in: Real-World Data (RWD) Real-World Evidence (RWE) HEOR Healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics Experience working with patient-level healthcare datasets.
Experience in retrospective evidence generation and budget impact modeling is highly preferred. Experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences clients. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience translating complex analyses into clear business recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. Collaborative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Japanese.
