Pay Rate: $16.90 Shift: Day Shift Job Description: The Base Labor Team Member is responsible for supporting deli production and packaging operations through a variety of assignments, including product inspection, packaging, palletizing, and material handling. Team members are trained and rotated among multiple positions, including Grader, Packer, and Stacker, to support production requirements while maintaining food safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to read and/or verbally understand chemical labels. Must wear required PPE for assigned work area. Must be able to work in a wet and cold environment. Must be able to tolerate repetitive hand and arm motions. Must be able to submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
