Job description
The Business Banking Officer (BBO) is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of business member relationships by delivering consultative financial solutions that support business growth and deepen member engagement. This role serves as the primary relationship contact for the credit union’s business banking clients and is accountable for new business development, portfolio retention, deposit growth, treasury management and merchant services expansion, and partnership on business lending opportunities.
Working closely with branch leadership, credit partners, operations, and executive leadership, the BBO helps execute the Credit Union’s business banking strategy, enhances the member experience, and ensures operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
