Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, ice cream, and quick bites according to company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Handle register operations and process transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance sales Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Basic math skills for cash handling
