Job Description: Export and imports Status report tracking and updating,maintaince of departmental reports. Tracking ,updating and sending of status reports to customer everyday before 12 noon.Maintaining of departmental reports and ensuring that correct details are updates and available when needed. MBL , HBL and delivery order release to autholized parties.

Release of final MBL.HBL and to the authorilized party upon presentimg of required documentation and approval from HOD Booking placing,and followup with POD agents. Assist on pacing booking with MLO's and followups with POD agents Assist on job creation,job confirmation from back office,manifest preparation. Ensure that jobs created are in order and all details entered are ok.

Manning export/import counter. Ushering in customers at the counter,directing querries to the respective departments,handling phone calls. Record Keeping, Compliance, Reporting, Risk Management, Train. After the vessel departure and release of MBL ,HBL and DO ensure they arte filled to their respective files. Ensure adherence to all compliances, maritime, customs and Shipping procedures and standards.

Prepare & submit,status reports and departmental reports on time. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Requirements

Post graduate Diploma in shipping/clearing. Minimum 2 years of relavent experience.
