Senior Relationship Manager

Job Title : Senior Relationship Manager Department : Retail Banking Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven relationship banking professional to drive liability growth, customer acquisition, and relationship deepening for the Bank's Retail Banking business. The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value retail, affluent, and payroll customers, mobilizing CASA deposits, expanding wallet share, and developing new business through employer, professional, and community networks, while delivering exceptional, Shariah-compliant customer service and maintaining strong regulatory and conduct standards.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage high-value retail, affluent, and liability-focused customer relationships to achieve assigned deposit, acquisition, and portfolio growth targets. Drive CASA growth through the acquisition of individual, affluent, and payroll customers. Develop and execute customer acquisition plans within assigned market segments, building and converting a strong deposit pipeline.

Deepen existing relationships to increase balances, retention, wallet share, and customer profitability. Cross-sell banking products including deposits, cards, wealth solutions, remittances, and digital banking services. Build relationships with employers, business communities, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals to generate referrals and new business.

Support payroll acquisition and relationship development initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders. Conduct regular customer meetings, portfolio reviews, and relationship planning, and monitor portfolio health, balances, and profitability. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and work with the Customer Experience team to improve customer journeys and service touchpoints.

Support business campaigns and strategic initiatives aimed at liability growth and customer acquisition. Ensure adherence to KYC, AML/CFT, SBP regulations, fair customer treatment, and internal governance requirements. Prepare portfolio reviews, business updates, and management reports, and mentor junior Relationship Managers where required.

Experience Required Minimum 8+ years of experience in branch banking, liability sales, relationship management, retail, priority, or wealth banking. Proven track record of CASA acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio growth within banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, microfinance banks, DFIs, or other regulated financial institutions.

Demonstrated experience in affluent and priority customer relationship management and payroll business development. Strong preference for candidates with branch banking experience; exposure to Islamic banking and digital banking will be an added advantage. Educational Background Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
