Senior .NET Developer

Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Department: Information Technology Job Overview We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance secure, scalable, and high-performance applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, a good understanding of software architecture, and experience building reliable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET. Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database optimization. Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming concepts. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.

0, or similar standards. Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems. Implement logging, exception handling, validation, and performance monitoring. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, and production issue resolution.

Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Contribute to deployment activities and continuous improvement of development practices. Experience & Qualification Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant Microsoft .NET, cloud, secure development, or software architecture certifications are preferred. 4–5 years of relevant, hands-on software development experience, with strong exposure to backend development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET; RESTful APIs and integrations; SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ; Clean Architecture and SOLID principles; authentication and authorization; troubleshooting; and application performance optimization.

Experience in banking, fintech, payment systems, or other transaction-oriented applications is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core. Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services. Good knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, and query optimization. Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ.

Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and Clean Architecture. Experience with API security, JWT, authentication, and authorization. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and exception handling. Ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze application performance.

Experience with microservices and distributed systems. Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing practices. Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms and application monitoring tools. Experience in banking, fintech, payment systems, or other transaction-oriented applications.
