What You'll Do

Lead daily shifts in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. Oversee team members and provide coaching, direction, and support to keep operations running smoothly. Set the example for exceptional guest service, ensuring guests are treated with warmth, professionalism, and care. Help maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.

Monitor team performance, address challenges as they arise, and hold team members accountable for operational standards. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment where employees feel supported and motivated to succeed.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of previous experience leading a team in a restaurant or food service environment; full-service or high-volume restaurant experience highly preferred. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy environment.

Open availability, including on weekends and holidays, to support airport restaurant operations.
