Group Company: #Group Company# Designation: #Designation# Office Location: #Office Location# Position description: Create product & packaging designs for Notebooks, Pens, Pencils & Art Supplies in line with brand theme and guidelines Primary Responsibilities: Work as part of the Product Design team to conceptualize, develop and execute end-to-end product and packaging designs across the stationery portfolio.

Translate consumer, market and trend insights into commercially relevant designs that are distinctive, youthful and scalable across products and categories. Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, design directions and artwork for notebooks, pens, pencils, art supplies and scholastic products- Create packaging structures, graphics, layouts and visual assets in collaboration with product development and sourcing teams- Adapt designs across multiple SKUs, pack sizes, formats and price points while maintaining brand consistency- Work closely with vendors, printers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy- Explore new design trends, materials, finishes, illustrations, typography and visual languages relevant to children, students and young consumers- Develop design concepts based on market research, competitor benchmarking and consumer trends- Participate in product ideation, sampling and design iterations from concept to final production- Ensure all designs meet quality, brand and commercial requirements Educational qualifications preferred Category: Product Design Field specialization: Design & Arts, Graphic Designing Degree: Graduate Required work experience Industry: Stationery, FMCG, Consumer Products, Toys, Publishing, Lifestyle, Kids/Youth Products or related industries Role: Product Designer / Packaging Designer / Graphic Designer / Product & Packaging Designer Years of experience: 2-5 Yrs Required Skills:
• Strong graphic design and packaging design skills- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In. Design; knowledge of other design tools is an advantage- Experience in creating print-ready artwork, packaging layouts and production files- Ability to develop multiple creative concepts while working within defined brand guidelines- Strong visual sense with an understanding of current design, youth and consumer trends- Ability to translate consumer insights and briefs into commercially viable designs- Strong attention to detail and design consistency- Good communication and presentation skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant product, packaging and/or consumer-brand design work is mandatory
