HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, PF, ESI, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations . The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete HR function in a manufacturing/textile environment.

Requirements

End-to-end HR Operations & Employee Management Complete Payroll Processing – attendance, OT, LOP, deductions & salary Strong knowledge of PF/EPFO & ESI/ESIC compliance Manage ECR filing, UAN, PF claims & ESI contributions Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning Employee grievance & disciplinary handling HR MIS, attendance & payroll reports Coordinate with Accounts, EPFO & ESIC authorities Knowledge of Zoho Payroll/HRMS & Advanced Excel Qualification MBA / PGDM – HR preferred MSW / MA HR / MHRM / relevant degree Strong practical experience in HR, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
