We're looking for a Service Advisor who can create an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest arrives until they drive away. As the connection between our customers and our service team, you'll build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. What You'll Do

Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Manage extended warranty claims when applicable Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism Partner with the Service Manager to resolve any issues Help maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Follow dealership policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding experience What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Automotive service experience: 2+ Years Why You'll Love Working Here At J.
