Provide Free Value: Hand every service guest a complimentary Car. Fax and market valuation within 15 minutes—zero pressure, total transparency. Create Opportunities: Help guests explore selling or trading their vehicle, making smooth handoffs to our appraisal and sales teams. Own the Floor: Maintain a continuous, strong presence on the lane so no opportunity slips by. Outreach & Market Sourcing Daily Preparation: Call tomorrow's service appointments to build excitement around their vehicle's value and prep their documents in advance. Market Sourcing: Actively hunt for vehicles on Facebook Marketplace, Cars.com, and Auto. Trader using v. Auto to buy inventory directly from private sellers. Equity Mining: Dig into our customer database to identify drivers sitting on positive equity and turn those leads into buys.
