We are expanding our team and ramping up operations at our new location! We’re accepting applications now for upcoming opportunities. Core Duties & Key Performance Metrics

1. Operations & Order Execution Customer & Wholesale Service: Timely handling and fulfillment of counter retail and wholesale orders. Phone Responsiveness: Promptness in answering incoming phone inquiries and managing phone order volume. Order Picking & Billing: Accuracy and speed in pulling parts that have been billed. Digital & Online Fulfillment: Daily tracking and processing of orders across online portals (OEC and SimplePart). Service Estimating: Rapid turnaround time on service estimate requests (XTime).
2. Inventory & Logistics Management Stock Maintenance: Morning stock put-away and shelf organization. Inventory Accuracy: Execution of routine inventory bin counts and cycle checks. Delivery Coordination: Regular communication with delivery drivers to maintain scheduling and accurate delivery estimates.
3. Financial & Compliance Standards Account Settlements: Ensuring daily collection and reconciliation of wholesale accounts/payments. Information Security: Safe handling and compliant storage of sensitive customer data. Workstation Standards: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
4. Communication & Teamwork Counter Coordination: Effective handoffs and communication with team members on ongoing, backordered, or multi-person orders. Performance Metrics & Bonus Drivers The financial incentives and bonus structure for this position are evaluated based on performance across the following key business metrics: Department Profitability: Total Parts Department Gross Profit achievement. Wholesale Business Growth: Year-over-year expansion in total wholesale revenue and account performance. Gross Profit Growth: Year-over-year increase in overall department gross earnings. Retail/Counter Volume Growth: Year-over-year increase in customer counter ticket volume and traffic.
