One-on-One Tutor

One-on-One Tutor � Waseca Junior High School Schedule : 2:09�2:55 p.m. 5 days per week Waseca Junior High School is seeking a tutor to provide individualized instruction for a seventh-grade student. Instruction will begin with math skills and adjust based on the student's needs.

Responsibilities

Provide explicit, systematic instruction using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to align tutoring with the student's learning needs. Monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Build a positive, encouraging relationship that supports confidence and engagement.

Qualifications

Must be certified/qualified to teach math Experience supporting junior high students and providing math intervention preferred Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability Salary: $18.15/hour

• Entry level/base rate for candidates meeting the minimum required qualifications. $40.72/hour
