Warehouse Coordinator

The warehouse coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the supply of required resources to and from the lines flows efficiently and on time. The warehouse coordinator will work closely with support groups to ensure that raw materials and packaging are received and that finished goods are prepared for shipment per customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operational needs, including: Coordinating directly with the warehouse supervisor to ensure the daily and weekly plans are in place for goods being received and goods going out Work closely with the production supervisor and compounding manager on necessary packaging and raws for the next 24 hours or on Fridays for the next 72 hours of production.

Manage time daily to ensure all requirements are met for the day’s needs. Coordinating directly with the warehouse supervisor for open orders that need to be fulfilled to ship out to customers daily Performing weekly cycle counts of specific lanes of the warehouse Qualifications Two years’ experience in warehouse operations One year experience with loading and shipping out products in semi-trucks for an industrial organization One year experience with performing receiving functions for an industrial organization Strong knowledge of BOLs, Packing Lists, and Receiving documentation Strong knowledge of pick and pack processes Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Working Conditions Work Hours: Overtime: compensated according to labor laws. Breaks: 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks per shift. Safety Standards: Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, and safety goggles.

Regular safety drills, including fire and emergency evacuation procedures. Clearly marked emergency exits and first aid stations. Work Environment: The role may require standing for extended periods, walking around the facility, squatting, and occasionally lifting or moving heavy objects Well-ventilated and adequately lit workspaces.

Working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse can involve exposure to extreme temperatures Designated smoking areas outside of the facility.
