Education

& Experience Requirements High School Diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license required One to two (1-2) years of manufacturing-related experience required Twenty-four to thirty-six (24-36) months of on-the-job training required Qualifications Dependability to be consistently at work and on time Basic reading and math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimal computations Basic verbal/written comprehension skills Basic measuring skills using tape measure, micrometers, and/or calipers Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines A “Team” mentality Repetitive standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties Medium/heavy (20-75 lbs.)

lifting capability during normal phase duties Responsibilities Perform a safety evaluation of the assigned workstation and surrounding areas . Assist manufacturing lines as needed. Operate material handling motorized equipment (upon completion of in-house training/certification) to load/unload trucks and train cars. Assist maintenance personnel in a helper capacity.

Perform workstation and surrounding area housekeeping tasks as required. Set and position machine dyes to comply with production specifications.
