Production Worker

Primary Purpose: The Production Worker is responsible for performing all job duties in the production facility according to company specifications, including setting, proofing, thawing, cutting, frying, cooling, packing, and distribution of bakery products. Shift: 1st Shift / 2nd Shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and follow the production schedule according to Dunkin’s quality standards
• Weigh ingredients and monitor the operation of proofers, fryers, and other equipment
• Monitor product quality as it moves through the production process
• Assist with packing and staging product for distribution
• Document production specifications, readings, and restock supplies as needed
• Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with basic equipment maintenance or repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Minimize waste and help ensure accurate and efficient production
• Serve as a role model of teamwork, communication, and respect
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures
• Experience with food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read, perform basic math, and use weights and measurements
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to documentation accuracy
• Basic computer skills preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds frequently
• Ability to pull carts with 100-pound bags of mix
• Able to stand and move for extended periods
