Job description
Agrim is a B2B e-commerce marketplace dealing in agri-inputs categorized in four verticals i.e. Seeds, Agro-chemicals, Agri-tools & Animal (Cattle) Feed.
- Ensure that the captured product photos meet high-quality standards in terms of clarity, color accuracy, and resolution.
- Optimize the photo shoot and editing process to minimize turnaround time without compromising quality.
- Ensure consistency in the style, composition, and branding elements of product photos.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in product photography and editing to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Team to achieve desired results for diverse media assets.
- Plan studio requirements with a focus on trends, shoot, and branding needs.
- Handle post-production image processing as needed.
- Research and apply various lighting techniques with the studio team to accomplish creative project goals.
- Oversee the Studio and manage the Studio Team efficiently.
- Monitor studio needs and collaborate on budgeting with the team.
- Identify and frame equipment requirements based on shooting demands and budget considerations.
- Lead creative discussions about lighting, sets, and shoot requirements with the studio team.
Requirements
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw Proficiency in composition, lighting, and camera operation for capturing compelling product images. Ability to use editing software proficiently for enhancing product photos' quality and appeal. Meticulousness in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the photoshoot and editing process.
NOTE: This is a 6-days (Mon-Sat) work from office role in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana
