Sr .NET Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced .NET Engineer to enhance and extend our existing suite of microservices within a well-established development team. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, applying modern .NET practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. What You’ll Do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Deliver solutions that meet high standards for security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and testability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and support their professional learning and growth.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and promote best practices across the team.
• Promote agile principles and best practices to enable efficient, high-quality software delivery.
• Build strong relationships with the other engineers, architects, analysts, testers, project managers and product owners.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of development workflows. Day to Day Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with product teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, refinements) to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify technical risks early and propose effective solutions. What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software products.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Essential Technical Skills
