Technical Engineering Sales Support

General Description: Handles engineering & technical product quotations and support to help the sales efforts of the outside sales staff. Scope of Essential Responsibilities:

1. Equipment selections & quotations on all JMP products as requested by JMP staff and customers, including reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
2. Provide design assistance to consulting engineers: To include follow up emails to engineers with product selections, submittals, schedules, and specifications on every equipment selection request received.
3. Support outside sales by assisting with requested tasks in a timely manner, to include but not limited to: a. Product quotations b. Submittals c. Prior approval Letters d. General correspondence with customers e. Enter factory CQM’s
4. Must become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
5. Coordinate Hyfab requests from local engineers to Hyfab department to make sure all required & requested information is given to the customer correctly and in a timely manner.
6. Assist in setting up and helping with logistical items at local seminars and training classes.
7. Performs other duties as requested. Work and Skill Requirements:

• College (4 Years) Bachelors Technical Degree or Equivalent Work Experience preferred
