Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in building trust and loyalty with our customer base. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences. Ensure customer data privacy and security. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and empathy. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferred). Knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
