Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the medical and surgical units
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems
• BLS and ACLS certification (if applicable)
