Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist � $30/HR IN OFFICE

• FULL TIME HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, Hawai?i BUILD YOUR FUTURE WITH HTM GROUP Join our accounting team as a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist. This position ensures vendor invoices, payment preparation and supporting records are accurate, complete and processed on time. WORK SCHEDULE Monday�Friday, 7:00 AM�4:00 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enter approved vendor bills within 48 hours; verify coding and supporting documentation. Maintain accounts payable records; monitor aging and prepare weekly payment batches for management approval. Collect W-9s, process new-vendor setup requests and maintain complete vendor files. Record company credit-card transactions; collect and follow up on missing receipts. Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic and physical records and support accounting documentation requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Prior accounts payable or accounting experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; accounting or ERP software experience preferred. Strong accuracy, organization, time management and ability to meet deadlines. Professional communication, dependable follow-through and discretion with confidential financial information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy accounting environment.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS PAY: $30.00 Hourly Weekly pay Company-paid medical and dental coverage for employee and family. 160 hours of annual PTO 10 paid holidays. Birthday pay after one year Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4%; profit sharing.
