Beach Safety Lifeguard

Performs skilled ocean rescue and water safety work in the protection of residents and visitors patronizing the City's beaches. Work includes rigorous physical training and conditioning, and ensuring patron adherence to established laws, rules and ordinances governing the public use of City beaches. Work requires considerable communication, interaction and contact with the general public.
