Maintenance Technician - Franklin Cove Apartments

Franklin Cove is seeking a motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable individual who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and the ability to provide outstanding service to residents, vendors, and fellow team members. Essential Responsibilities Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work Maintain the appearance and upkeep of the community grounds Troubleshoot and perform general plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop Participate in emergency maintenance calls and on-call rotations Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents Qualifications Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience preferred HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred , but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required Weekend availability and participation in the shared on-call rotation are required Why Join Franklin Cove?
