Mantra are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in client interaction, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach etc.)
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions
• Generate leads and support the sales pipeline
• Assist in proposal writing and client communication
• Work on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in client interaction and front-facing roles
• Basic understanding of Business Development concepts
• Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development)
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability
