Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right pre owned vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle Deliver a transparent and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and dealership promotions Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals Maintain a self motivated attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications Valid driver license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience is a plus but not required Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment Must be able to pass a background check Spanish speaking is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities A supportive, team oriented environment focused on your success
