Job Description: Sr Manager / Purchase Head (Leadership Role) Department: Procurement & Supply Chain Reports To: Management / Director Location: Mumbai HO (Andheri) Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations Vendor Management Cost Optimization & Negotiation Process Planning & Standardization Materials & Stores Management Specific Domain Expertise Team Leadership Lead the procurement team.

Assign project-wise responsibilities and monitor performance. Train the team on procurement documentation, vendor management, negotiation, and compliance. Ensure the team follows standardized processes across all projects. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reduction in procurement cost across projects. Vendor credit period improvement.

Reduction in vendor advances. Timely issuance of POs and material delivery adherence to TAT. Accuracy and completeness of project-wise TDS and documentation. Successful shift to online payments within the planned timeline. Efficiency in stores management and availability of required materials.
