Hawaii Works specializes in concrete and civil site work. We take pride in delivering quality construction services while maintaining strong communication, safety standards, and accountability. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can oversee project budgets, schedules, contract requirements, subcontractor coordination, and financial performance while supporting our field teams and maintaining positive customer relationships. WORK SCHEDULE Monday�Friday, 7:00 AM�4:00 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project startup activities. Review and understand project contracts, requirements, plans, and specifications. Monitor project budgets against actual costs on a weekly basis. Review and approve subcontractor invoices. Approve employee overtime according to company policies. Communicate project delays formally to owners and applicable stakeholders. Conduct financial risk reviews throughout the project. Identify and escalate significant project risks to the Integrator. Coordinate with subcontractors, employees, vendors, and project teams. Maintain effective communication throughout project execution. Support project quality, scheduling, financial accountability, and successful completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Construction Project Management experience required. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel. Experience using Bluebeam. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to multitask under time constraints and work effectively as a team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance, conduct, and communication. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with subcontractors, employees, vendors, and others. Strong ability to encourage and motivate construction teams. Government construction experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION
