You will own the customer experience from product delivery and onboarding through deployment, technical support, and ongoing relationship management.
You will work closely with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams in both the United States and China to ensure successful product adoption and timely resolution of technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who combines technical aptitude with strong communication skills and wants to grow within the robotics and embodied AI industry.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for enterprise customers in North America, managing the full lifecycle of customer onboarding, product delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and initial deployment. Facilitate the integration of robotic arms, teleoperation systems, and embodied AI platforms into customers' existing workflows, ensuring seamless operational adoption.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, networking, integration, and system performance; reproduce technical problems, collect logs and relevant data, and coordinate with engineering teams to drive issue resolution. Translate customer application scenarios and technical requirements into clear, actionable items for internal engineering teams, while providing structured feedback to product and engineering departments based on recurring customer needs.
Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, technical training, documentation, and deployment guidance; support product upgrades, field testing, proof-of-concept projects, and customer acceptance processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts, tracking customer issues and projects from initial report through to resolution and follow-up.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for deployment, training, or technical support engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, automation, or a related technical field. Approximately 1–3 years of experience in solutions engineering, field applications, technical support, systems integration, robotics, industrial automation, or another customer-facing technical role.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and patiently with enterprise customers. Hands-on problem-solving ability across hardware and software systems. Ability to organize multiple customer requests and drive issues toward resolution. Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with engineering and product teams in China.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders. Willingness to learn new robotics products and technologies quickly. Willingness to travel to customer locations as business needs require.
