HR Specialist

Join Banyan Treatment Centers as an on-site HR Specialist, supporting employees and leaders across a portfolio of facilities. You'll handle day-to-day HR work that keeps us compliant and running smoothly: leave case administration, employee relations support, HRIS transactions, onboarding, and audit-ready documentation.

This is a busy, high-volume role. It's a strong fit for someone looking to grow in their HR career, who communicates clearly, solution focused and stays highly organized. You'll work closely with the Sr HR Manager.
