Airport / Seaport Representative We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Airport / Seaport Representative to join our Antigua Office . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Meet & Greet and guest representation services, ensuring guests receive a smooth, welcoming and personalised experience throughout their arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Meet & Greet and guest representation services for St. James Travel & Tours and Five Star Fast Track clients. Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, including the delivery of welcome packages and relevant documentation. Coordinate guest movements and escort guests to the appropriate transportation personnel.

Monitor flight arrival and departure times and communicate updates to the relevant teams. Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests and personalised guest services. Handle guest concerns, complaints, missing luggage and other airport or seaport-related incidents. Complete daily reports and ensure all required paperwork is submitted promptly.

Maintain airport signage, set-ups and supplies in an organised and presentable manner. Maintain professional relationships with airline personnel, immigration and customs officers. Work collaboratively with the Operations team to maintain service standards and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Background in tourism, travel, hospitality or a related field. Previous experience in customer service or guest relations. Exceptional guest service and communication skills. Professional, approachable and enthusiastic personality. Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Must have own transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
