We are adding to the Suncompanies Freelance Team supporting our guest experiences across Barbados. You will be the welcoming, professional presence guests remember, the person who helps the experience feel seamless at any point during their time with us. Every role here shapes how people feel. That is the job. The Role Meet and assist guests across the airport, cruise port, hotels, tours, activities, and groups.

While in uniform, you represent Suncompanies and may communicate with guests, our internal team, and local partners. Your focus is clear direction, smooth coordination, timely updates, and service that reflects the standard we promise. Some assignments require an official pass (airport, port, etc.) If needed, we facilitate the process.

A police certificate of character is required. What matters most

• You enjoy working with people and take pride in excellent service
• A warm, guest-ready presence with clear communication
• You show up on time, learn quickly, stay professional and are able to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable sharing updates with the team (often via WhatsApp)
• Able to get yourself to shifts reliably (transport is not provided)
• Driver’s license is required
• Bilingual and tourism or hospitality experience are bonuses Hours and training Shifts can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be on the job
