Sr. RPA UiPath Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with UiPath development, REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, SQL, LINQ, and Modern UiPath Activities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath. Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows using Modern UiPath Activities and REFramework. Build and manage UiPath Queues, Orchestrator processes, Assets, and Triggers. Automate business processes across Web, Excel, Database, PDF, and Terminal/Mainframe applications.

Develop reusable workflows, libraries, and custom components using VB.NET/C#. Write and optimize SQL queries and use LINQ for data manipulation and processing. Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, production support, and bot enhancements. Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution of bots in production environments.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions. Follow UiPath development best practices, coding standards, documentation, and deployment standards. Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement of automation solutions. Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, or AI-driven automation is an added advantage.

Requirements

5+ years of overall IT experience with a strong software development background. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. Experience delivering at least 4 end-to-end UiPath implementation projects. Strong expertise in Modern UiPath Activities, REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, SQL, and LINQ. Hands-on experience with Web, Excel, Database, PDF, and Terminal/Mainframe automation.

Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, VBA, or Java scripting. Experience in testing, deployment, production support, and troubleshooting of UiPath solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.

Knowledge or experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-driven automation is a plus.
