Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFYs) for in-person, school-based positions in the Coachella, California area. This is an opportunity for aspiring speech-language pathologists to begin their careers, complete their Clinical Fellowship, and support students' communication development under the supervision of a qualified speech-language pathologist.

Location: Coachella, CA (Thermal, CA area) Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-person, school-based Compensation: $65–$85 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Experience: 1 year preferred Responsibilities Support speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a supervising SLP Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy services Help students achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and improve communication skills Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches with supervisory guidance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and educational team members Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning as appropriate Participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development throughout the Clinical Fellowship Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, or expected completion before the start date Eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship and meet applicable California licensure requirements Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Willingness to participate in required clinical supervision and mentorship throughout the fellowship Compensation & Benefits $65–$85 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Potential sign-on bonus, subject to eligibility Benefits may be available, depending on employment eligibility Clinical supervision and professional support throughout the Clinical Fellowship Ongoing clinical resources and opportunities for professional growth Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success About the Employer A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is committed to helping children develop essential communication skills while partnering with families and educators to promote student success.
