Bachrodt Baraboo Motors is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn $120,000 to $180,000 annually while building a successful team and making a real impact on dealership performance. What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop our team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Manage daily service operations, workflow, and customer satisfaction. Grow service revenue, gross profit, and customer retention. Monitor and improve technician productivity, efficiency, effective labor rate, and departmental profitability.

Recruit, train, and retain quality employees. Maintain manufacturer service and warranty standards. Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase sales, and control expenses. Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Work directly with dealership leadership to achieve department goals.

What We're Looking For

Ideal Qualifications: Experience in automotive service management, fixed operations, or a senior service advisor position. Strong leadership and people management skills. Understanding of dealership service operations, profitability, and performance metrics.

Ability to build lasting customer relationships and resolve concerns. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to success. Additional Experience That's a Plus: Dealertrack DMS Xtime service management software Manufacturer warranty administration Previous dealership service management experience You don't need to have experience with every system listed above.
