Production Development Industrialization Quality Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Development & Industrialization Follow all new knit fabric developments and monitor performance in supplier. Follow all new color developments and monitor performance in supplier. Prepare and do negotiation with our supplier to get reasonable prices in all our catalogs twice a year.
2. Quality Monitor quality performance and data quality in supplier. Encourage and accompany supplier to enhance supplier's Quality system by quality control plan, Quality Audit, LAB Audit,.... Monitor and accompany supplier to improve Human Responsible in Production & Environment management system.

Requirements

1. Mandatory: 3–5 years of experience in the fabric industry, manufacturing industry (eg. Quality Assurance & Control, Lean Manufacturing, Production Management or similar positions). Fluency in both English and Vietnamese. Active participation in sports. Strong interest in technical subjects (eg. materials, machinery, process optimization, energy, etc). Open-minded, proactive, and logical thinker. 3.

Nice to have

Fluency in Chinese or French. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Quality System Management.
