00 - $43.00/hour (Based on education and experience) Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for evenings, nights, and weekends Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during the interview) Unit: Medical-Surgical Patient Ratio: Maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio Shift: Days or Nights (Based on department needs) Position Requirements: New Graduate RNs are welcome to apply Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care Education, License & Certification Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program – Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License – Required BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) – Required Job Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and communicate findings promptly to the healthcare team. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate individualized patient care.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and disease management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Promote patient safety while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
