Rural Health Clinic Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Rural Health Clinic Coordinator assists administration as the key resource for data tracking and reporting for Rural Health Accreditation measures including, but not limited to quality metrics, provider contractual metrics, and Key performance indicators toward clinic goals. This role also helps measure and ensure compliance with state, federal and local laws, regulations and advisements; CRMC Standards of Excellence; and Rural Health Accreditation requirements.
