Job description
L1 desktop support engineer
- Installation/reinstallation of OS, upgrades, and patches for desktops/laptops
- Troubleshooting network connectivity (LAN) issues
- Installation of desktop/peripheral hardware (printers, scanners)
- Configuration of network and local printing devices
- Coordination with other vendors for support
- Recording ticket details in site knowledge base
- Remote support wherever feasible
- Installation of software such as MS Office, Acrobat Reader, mail clients Graduate
