Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)

Givens Estates, a nonprofit life plan community in Asheville, NC, is hiring a full-time RN to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) for our Assisted Living Team. The schedule will be either 4 10-hour shifts, or 5 8-hour shifts, with some weekend and on-call availability needed. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this position provides clinical leadership and coordination for resident care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

This position supports consistent implementation of care plans, supervises and guides nursing team members, communicates with residents and families, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic, and person-centered environment in which the highest practicable quality of care is delivered.
