Presales Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, manage, and oversee the operations of the Presales Department. Organize solution consulting activities and participate in developing IT strategies for customers. Technology Research and Updates: Participate in vendors' cooperation and training programs in accordance with the company's strategy. Stay updated on new technologies and solutions.

Partner and Customer Relations: Coordinate with the Partner Management Department to carry out related activities. Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager.

Requirements

1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions, including: Experience in recruiting, building, developing, and managing teams of technology professionals. Experience in participating in large-scale and highly complex integration projects across various technology platforms. Experience in organizing technology solution consulting activities. Experience in implementing technology solutions in the banking and finance industry. 2.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other relevant fields, or a higher qualification. 3. Skills: Skills in managing technological and technical resources. Team building and development skills. Delegation and decision-making skills. Proficiency in communication, presentation, and document writing. Problem-solving and situational analysis skills. Ability to provide research direction and guidance to employees. Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficiency in all four English language skills.
