Homecare Branch Manager Location: Montgomery, AL 36106 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Branch Manager to lead our Montgomery, AL branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homecare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Recruit, train, and supervise homecare staff, including caregivers and administrative personnel. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and financial performance. Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care. Address and resolve client and staff concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in homecare management or a related healthcare leadership role. Strong knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and homecare management software.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field preferred.
